  • How much space do you need to set up?

    Please provide an additional 1M on each side of the castle and a 2M at the rear of the castle. Allow more space if there are overhanging trees or sharp bushes nearby.

  • What if there is a lockdown?

    If COVID-19 or any government lockdowns cause the cancellation of your event, we will credit you the amount paid to use at a later date. Please note we do not offer refunds.

  • How long in advance should I book?

    We recommend booking at least 2 months in advance to have the best possible chance of your date being available. The availability of your date is not guaranteed so we suggest booking in as soon as possible.

  • Is a full garland $75

    Our balloon garlands are priced at $75 PER METRE.

  • Do you deliver and set up?

    Yes! We deliver and set up/packdown. This is all included in our hire prices within Auckland. Some charges may apply if you are out of our travel zone. You can check our travel map here.

  • How do you anchor the castle?

    Our larger castles have 4 anchor points and our mini castle has 6 anchor points. If placed on grass we will use 350mm concrete reinforced steel pegs at each anchor point to secure the castle to the ground. For added safety we will also place a 25kg sandbag on each anchor point. We do this for the additional 2 anchor points on our mini castle. If not placed on grass we will use more sandbags to anchor the castle.

  • Can I add a balloon garland the day before my event?

    Please give us at least 1 weeks notice if you want a balloon garland. We can’t guarantee we will have all the colours you want on hand if you are asking for it the day before and some colours may not be available.

  • Do you offer payment plans?

    If you would like to book in instalments, we require a 50% deposit to secure the date then you can pay in instalments as you are able. It must be paid in full before the event.

  • What happens if it is raining?

    If it is raining we will need to cancel the booking. We will confirm on the morning of delivery if the weather is suitable for us to put up the castle. This is because wet weather can damage our blower which is electrically powered, it also damages the castle and makes the castle slippery which ultimately is unsafe for play. If cancelled we will credit you the amount you have paid to use at a later date.

  • Can I hire for more than 4 hours?

    Of course! You can hire for up to 8 hours. 4 hours are included in our standard hire price. If you require additional hours there is a $45.00 fee per hour, contact us if you need additional hours.

  • Can I book the castle overnight?

    We do not hire the castle out overnight. This is because we can not control the conditions over night. We may allow some to hire overnight but this is on a case by case basis.
